Australian CLT Network - online Community of Practice
The Network's online Community of Practice is for people who are interested in learning from and with each other. We hope that this will help us to work together and support each other as we progress the development of CLTs locally.
The August session was facilitated by Dr Louise Crabtree-Hayes and focused on recently published research, which shows that resale-restricted CLT homeownership is of interest and appeal to people who want to buy a home but cannot afford market-rate housing. The research drew on focus groups held in Melbourne, documented strong and near-universal interest, and ways in which would-be CLT residents saw the model meeting their needs. The paper is open access - enjoy! Click here to view a recording of the session.
